Terms Used to Describe Condition of Mannequins

This should help explain the terms we use to describe the condition of the mannequins for sale. Please note that all marked prices already consider the condition of the item. No further discounts based on condition are available.

Virtually New:
Previously owned, but the owner never took the model out of its original crate. Since this is an aftermarket resale, we can't sell it as new. So you get new merchandise at a used price.

Lightly Used:
Surface shows some dirt, discoloration, or minor scratching. Dirt and discoloration can usually be corrected with a moist soapy cloth or touch-up paint.

Used:
Surface shows signs of normal wear-and-tear. Paint chips, paint cracks, scuffs and dings are common. No structural damage.

Lightly Damaged:
Paint shows obvious damage. Surface of fiberglass may be cracked (including small punctures or fissures) but not seriously. Fingers, toes, knees and elbows may be very worn. No debilitating structural damage.

Heavily Damaged:
Paint damage over large areas. Structure-weakening punctures or fissures in fiberglass shell. Some joints or joint sockets may be deformed or missing. Noses and ears may be heavily worn. Missing parts and specific damage will be noted in the description.
